Berkeley Square Mediation - Your Workplace Mediation. We understand that change is not always easy and frequently experience how much mediation can help. We know how destructive problems at work can be in productivity and job satisfaction.
We love mediating and never get enough of it, especially as it enhances people's lives by being a good route to a lasting result. Our conflict resolution specialists are diverse in approaching mediation from various background professions and personal knowledge.
We sometimes co-mediate which means we work in pairs at no extra cost, provided you agree.  The second mediator may be an observer, assistant or co-mediator.
We operate on line, in your rooms subject to Covid19 and have rooms we can use near you if necessary.
